Drama ini juga dibintangi Joo Sang Wook yang berperan sebagai Dr. Kim Do Han, seorang dokter bedah anak yang dingin dan berkharisma serta Kim Min Seo yang berperan sebagai  Yoo Chae Kyung yang berperan sebagai manager rumah sakit tempat Shi On bekerja dan sekaligus sebagai tunangan Dr. Kim Do Han.

Cerita Rakyat : Asal Mula Candi Prambanan

Dahulu kala, ada sebuah kerajaan di Pengging. Sang raja mempunyai seorang putera yang bernama Bandung Bondowoso. Bandung Bondowoso tumbuh menjadi seorang pemuda yang gagah dan sakti.

Di daerah Prambanan juga berdiri sebuah kerajaan. Rajanya ialah Prabu Boko. Prabu Boko mempunyai puteri yang sangat cantik bernama Roro Jonggrang.

Kerajaan Pengging dan Prambanan saling bermusuhan. Suatu ketika, terjadilah peperangan hebat yang melibatkan kedua kerajaan tersebut. Pada awalnya kerajaan Pengging kalah. Namun, Bandung Bondowoso maju ke medan peperangan dan berhasil membunuh raja Prambanan, yakni Prabu Boko. Dengan terbunuhnya raja Prambanan, maka kerajaan Pengging memenangkan perang tersebut.
